Okay so I know BB just had a article regarding the truth about labels and such but I have a question regarding what you guys think are the best chips to eat. Personally I like the rice popes but they are so high in sodium. I also don't live close to a whole foods store so buying anything kale related or something that is sold in a Trader Joes type setting is not really an option. Didn't know if anyone had a personal fav or not.

I feel this pic is quite fitting ITT, and for more than the obvious reason:
No brain, no gain.

Yes, I should have stated this better in the beginning. What would be the healthiest chip or even non bar snack.

Okay wow I just laughed out loud with that pic.
So this thread has taken off much faster than I thought it would, thanks for that!, but my unfortunately less than direct question left everybody to run wild with their ADD moments like a child telling a story and some how unicorns, and rainbows became part of the story.
My question is more along the lines of what common chip is healthy for you to eat and can be found in most average grocery stores. Trader Joes and stores like that are too far for me to drive. Personally, as I have already mentioned, I like those rice popes but they are high in sodium and slightly high in sugars.
I will have to say that anything bbq or spicy are my fav if I simply don't care what I'm eating.Hey, paintball, you just got to love it.
