I would say so, but others might not. Too much fat IMO. You can get better nutrients for the same calories if you're cutting.

sounds a bit too much thats almost 600 cals right there and 50g fat u could have got elsewhere, really depends on how many cals is YOUR cut though, if its under 2000 i would definitely say too much, you gonna be hungry..

    Sorry to threadjack:

I don't have measuring spoons. At least I plan to get some. My cutting diet is ~2500 calories, and that's what I'm trying to do now.

Natural peanut butter on some whole grain bread is very convenient. Since I don't have the measuring spoons, what would you say would be a good "eyeball" of peanut butter on some whole grain bread? I know it's kind of difficult to tell, but I'm really not sure at all how much a tablespoon of P.B. is.

    you have spoons, don't you?

In a typical silverware set, the big ones are table spoons and the little ones are tea spoons (3 tea spoons = 1 table spoon). If you make an effort to level off the spoon, I'm sure you'll be close enough

    moderate spoonful...

I dont eat bread, so i just literally eat a spoonful adn chase it with .5 glass milk... quick easy cals between meals. not sure if thats good or bad, but its easy.

as you might have guessed a tablespoon is exactly that... the amount that a normal table spoon holds... technically a levelled off spoon, not piled up.

That's actually what I've been using so far. A tablespoon of what I have at home. It's a pretty big spoon actually. Something you would use to eat soup. I guess I'll continue to use that and hope it's a tablespoon.

I do the same at night Skinny buckeye: When I have my pre bed shake with non fat milk, and protein, and I will just eat/lick the peanut butter off the spoon, yummmy! And chase it down with the protein/milk shake. Take care.

I'm currently 5.5 weeks out and I still use Natural PB. I try to limit to 3tbsp max. I usually eat 1.5tbsp or none at all each day.

Rest of my EFA's come from Udo's 3-6-9 Oil, Omega-3 softgels and also Salmon on occasion.

Anytime your cutting you should consume just as much fat as you do carbohydrates IMO. My cut is 100 grams carbs, 100 grams fat, and 200 grams protein. I keep my strength and lose fat fast.

you have to eat fat to burn fat. thats my and alot of other's theory, and its really worked for me.

it's much easier to measure peanut butter by weight with a scale.

here is a picture of 1 tbsp of peanut butter (exactly 16g) , on a standard tablespoon

    Holy ****,

I used to measure it with a tablespoon, but after awhile I just said one decent scoop is about 200 calories. That adds about 300 calories to my day, o well. I stopped counting cals and started focusing on quality a while ago.
