    Reupping a thread that dates from 2 years ago, but that's not a bad thing since this program is gold.
    Just wondering if there would be the possibility to do 3 upper-body days and 1 lower-body days if the body gets used to the 2 upper-1lower program ?
    Or would it be counterproductive in the long run ?
