how much grams of sugar do your protien bars have and how often do you eat them
for me its 20grams of sugar and whenever i cbf eatting real food

That varies from company to company and bar to bar. You can never tell. It's usually from 5g-15g I think. I never really look at the sugars, I just try to keep the saturated fats down to about 2 or 3g.
