    whats easier on the joints/safer, BB or DB Bench?

    DB is supposed to be easier on the shoulders, but i can have problems getting the weight up without a spotter.

    I would think its BB because your using more total weight vs pushing up seperate weight on each side. It would seem like a lot more downward pressure since you holding more total weight. Make sence?
