Only tried cytogainer. Can't really say its the best cause I have not tried any other weight gainers. CytoGainer is a great product though. I gained around 5-7 lbs and my bench went up from 215 x 8 to 230x8 in about 3 weeks. Good supplement for anyone wanting to gain mass for football.

As far as muscle juice goes, what can I say? Muscle Juice delivers...you can ask just about anyone who's taken it and had a solid diet, they will tell you it works great...It has worked great for me, imo I find it strange that muscle juice works well...because it does look like the crappiest gainer ever...

Who can't agree with that? It really does look like a terrible gainer, but I can't say it is terrible because I have had excellent results with it...

And I know others who have had great gainers with it (member History In Effect) As far as the oats go, like I said I didn't know if they were steel cut or not, because it wasn't indicated on the bag, my apologies douchebag

But to be honest, I've never understood this whole category and yes I did experiment with them when I was a noob for a while. Just get a good protein supplement and bump up you calories that way. Who wants all those calories from simple carbs, which is what makes up a large portion of the calories from most weight gainers. I know many of us want to gain weight, but the impact a flood of all those carbs has on bodycomp, is not the type of weight I would think most of us want to gain, though correct me if I'm wrong.



I am open to hearing the rational behind weight gainers if there is a good one though.

I love Cytogainer...They have really good flavors, and I think that the macros are pretty impressive...And normally you just can't beat the price of it either.

You're the one that started with the insults and the immaturity.

Prove that gains are better with steak over chicken breasts...find me a study. I will go out and buy you a years supply of muscle juice if you can scientifically prove your statements.

I'm not telling others not to use gainers either...I'm just saying that I prefer homemade weight gainers...they're still gainers, but you control the macros and get to add fresh ingredients.

Ok fine, let's talk chicken and steaks, dude I'm just posting what has worked for me, when I bulk, I like to get in lots of ground beef, steaks, but of course I eat alot of chicken, turkey, fish (tuna being something I eat atleast once a day)

I'm just saying, bulking has been easier for me when eating more ground beef and steaks...

BTW, nothing wrong with homemade gainers, like I told you, I make one a day everyday

I really want to start Cyto Gainer, only thing is the 3g Creatine. I am already taking a creatine supplement. Might be too much of a good thing. Looking like Real Gains might be the alternative :/

I was using cytogainer until the I got a sample of EnorMass from BodyFuel(bodyfuelforlife.com) It is pretty much the exact same thing as cytogainer except that they use a blend of proteins so you get a 4 hour time release and it also uses timereleased carbs because they use 4 different kinds. The flavor tastes good too so I am going to try a whole tub. I will let you know
