I love eating peanuts. Just about every day I eat 2 servings of them with a banana. The peanuts equate to 400 CALS, 34G FAT, 5G SAT, 14G CARB, and 18G PRO. Is this too many peanuts for one day?

Generally I don't think it is too much, but it really depends? What is your weight, are you bulking, cutting? Can you get any other real nutrition or are you getting 1/4 of it from the nuts?
If you are bulking on let's say 3500 calories, then no, I don't see it being a problem. It has good fats and a lot of calories. I would however eat unsalted kind.

How many times does a question like this get asked a day...
You cannot ask whether an individual food is good or bad. All that matters is how it fits into your overall daily macros. If your daily macros are set up in such a way that you are 400 calories, 34g of fat, 14g of carbs, and 18g of protein away from reaching reasonable numbers, then go ahead and eat the peanuts.

If they are in your **** its because you didn't chew them enough!
I got a 125g bag of cashews and ate them in 20 mins, looked on the bag, wha wha wha about 750 cals, no wonder I wasn't as hungry. Then I had a massive potato/carrot/mince/gravy meal with 200g of meat. Then more peanuts.
The aim in bodybuilding is always to split meals into say 500 cals x 6 meals. With peanuts, you can literally eat them all day in dribs and drabs, its why they are such a good food source when bulking.
The ones I got say per 100g:
Cals: 585kcal
Protein: 29.1g
Carbs: 9.3g
Fat: 47.9g (5.6g saturates)
Fibre: 8g
Thats a great deal of fat, I remember setting fire to a peanut in science class! Yep, they burn for a while, this is why it is a wonder food, it fuels YOU in the same way!
100g of peanuts is like a mini meal, a 1/6 of daily intake if you have a 3000cal a day eating habit. Thats what I mean, fit in 100g of peanuts over the 16 hours you're awake.
Its 75% the RDA of fat in just 100g of peanuts though. Does this mean you have to really cut the fat out of the rest of your diet? Its burning the candle at both ends lol, its a tightrope.u wot m1.68179283050742908606225095246644152⁴
