    1 serving of ON is one scoop. Maybe 3 servings a day. Take a double after you workout and take the other one sometime inbetween meals. I try not to take to many shakes........i rather eat!!

    You always want to try and get as many whole foods as possible - too many protein shakes can be hard on your digestive system.

    I take 4 shakes a day + meals, so you should be fine. Also just see how your body reacts, if its telling you to keep doing it, then awesome, but ifyou start to feel sick, or anything negetive, start switching things around.

    I usually drink upwards of 8 scoops a day. 4 solid meals consisting of about 70 grams of protein/110 g. carbs, then 3 or 4 shakes whenever.

    currently bulking. i drink skim milk, only 2-3 cups a day. im afraid of the extra saturated fat thats in the whole milk so i stay away. how much milk are you drinking??

    and WOW doublechoc. ON is awesome w/ milk compared to water!

    dont be scared of dietary fats if you want to grow. even if you are looking to cut, fat intake is still very necessary.

    oh, and if you think ON doubble choco is great in milk, you gotta try dymatize elite's rich chocolate. i find it tastes a bit sweeter and noticibly darker and more chocolatey in milk than ON. its sorta like comparing toblerone or ghiradelli vs. hershey.

    It's crazy, but I'm craving milk worse than anything I've ever craved. I'm on the cut diet, and anytime I feel like a cheat is necessary, you better believe I head straight for the milk.

    To the threadstarter, just try to make sure you are getting plenty of whole foods, but I wouldn't worry too much about taking 4 scoops a day. I think I take at least 5 between wpc and wpi per day, and I know there have been days when I've taken many more due to schedule, laziness, etc.

    Depends on the person and their needs, ideally you want to get as much protein from whole food as you can, except pre and post workout. But if you cant get whole food then whey is fine.

    No, milk has carbs. No carbs except from veggies and some grapefruit until the refeed.
