You always want to try and get as many whole foods as possible - too many protein shakes can be hard on your digestive system.
I take 4 shakes a day + meals, so you should be fine. Also just see how your body reacts, if its telling you to keep doing it, then awesome, but ifyou start to feel sick, or anything negetive, start switching things around.

oh, and if you think ON doubble choco is great in milk, you gotta try dymatize elite's rich chocolate. i find it tastes a bit sweeter and noticibly darker and more chocolatey in milk than ON. its sorta like comparing toblerone or ghiradelli vs. hershey.*********DISCOUNT CODES********* save money and support bodybuilding.com!

To the threadstarter, just try to make sure you are getting plenty of whole foods, but I wouldn't worry too much about taking 4 scoops a day. I think I take at least 5 between wpc and wpi per day, and I know there have been days when I've taken many more due to schedule, laziness, etc.*SCC*

Depends on the person and their needs, ideally you want to get as much protein from whole food as you can, except pre and post workout. But if you cant get whole food then whey is fine.
