this is my first time eating it and it tastes so plain. im going to start eating it consistently before i go to sleep instead of buying muscle milk. thanks!

how do you eat your cottage cheese?
5'5" 145 lbs 13%BF
Trying to cut to 8%-10% body fat.
1800 cals a day. 150-200 g/protein a day.
