Ok, so basically this is all about Cytosports Muscle Milks (obvisouly read the title). Anyway, I need something that isn't creatine and is better than regular protein and will help me gain (muscle) mass (not fat). I have read in various places muscle milk is a great product but the reason why regular muscle milk is not listed is because of the Glycocyamine...my family is known for problems that are heart related and I heard that effects the heart.
The three I listed I am sure do not contain Glycocyamine...so...can you please help me out here.

E-Mail Answer From Cytosport
Dear Customer:
Glycocyamine is only present in our Muscle Milk powder supplement of our Muscle Milk line. Muscle Milk RTDs, Muscle Milk Light, and Muscle Milk Collegiate do not have Glycocyamine in their formulas. And to answer your second question, Muscle Milk Light RTDs are coming out very soon.
