dont work them day after day it will do you no good
if you dont feel sore then thats no biggie as long as your keeping it intense, I used to get doms all the time.(delayed onset muscle soreness) but that has stopped after about 6 months of being serious working out and I am now going up every week in one thing or another on ripptoes and I am hella tired, but as long as you try your hardest, it doesnt matter if your sore

ok this is ridiculous. I don't have the time right now to explain to you all how the body's muscular and nervous system work. Hopefully someone like John Prophet, mjw, viking man, ect. will come in here and help you all out. You all are wayyyyyyyy away from the boat.
