Anyone mind checking over my diet? I redid them according to BS and WannaBeModel
Im planning on bulking, and im getting a good workout selected.
I also included my cutting diet just to have it checked over.
Meal 4 changes alot, but the macros are pretty consistent there
Also can anyone estimate my bf? Im still curious about it
