Check my diet - Revised

Anyone mind checking over my diet? I redid them according to BS and WannaBeModel
Im planning on bulking, and im getting a good workout selected.
I also included my cutting diet just to have it checked over.
Meal 4 changes alot, but the macros are pretty consistent there


Also can anyone estimate my bf? Im still curious about it

First and second meal are pre and post w/o respectively

Meal 3 needs fat.

I do have a pwo shake, or atleast whatever i can make with a bottle and some whey protein. After im out of the gym i only have access to a microwave, no blender. All i can make is that for now is whats on meal 2. Other than that i guess i'll sparkle around some fats.
