Is it possible that the only reason why he lost is that he didn't have a good form on Saturday? I think with the Sunday form he might have won, maybe this is the only reason. If they hadn't splitted it in 2 days he might simply have won.

check out the back shots, look at ronnie's left lat, half of it is missing. I noticed this right away as I was watching the show. ronnie's back shots were not even in the realm of what they usually are.
between jay being at his best and ronnie at 85% with injuries and being off it is easy to see why jay won.

I don't know guys, after looking at all the 98-99 videos of Ronnie, he looked amazing, I am a big Ronnie fan, but I think both him and Jay do not look that great. I cannot get over Jay's abs are so big and flat and weird, yes Ronnie has a huge belly, both of their abs do not look great in comparison with Dex, Melvin, and Victor.
Coleman's Lat issue was clearly visible, not so much so the triceps, because if you look at Jay's front double bicep it is also obvious his weaker arm is noticeably smaller than his strong arm. That is normal though, so why dog on Ronnie's...I agree with the Lat issue, but arms wise...they both looked normal.
However Ronnie's conditioning was crappy during the show, really crappy compared to the other competitiors, but Ronnie is just too cool, especially for his stunts at the tonight show, and his vids. Jay cutler has an abnormal Jaw, looks like Johnny Bravo and is a depressive crybaby, so it seems. I am sure he is a nice guy and I admire his drive and motivation, but opinions are like as*hol*s, everyone has them and they all stink.

everyone needs to just get off the bandwagon becuase ronnie SHOULDNT have won.. JAY was in his BEST shape ever.. at 278lb he was the best hes looked, far beyond 2001 appearance. ronnie missed his mark, no politics bull****, no robbed bull****.. he lost fair and square! opinions can keep coming, but jay deserves every piece of that title this year. Not because hes been in second every year, not because he will do more for bodybuilding so they changed it up, not because the judges didnt want ronnie to beat lee haney's record. Not because ronnie's sorry ass excuse, that his trainer ruined it for him, BUT because jay cutler was the superior bodybuilder on stage that night.. and he was at his best, ronnie came up shy. thats it plain and simple!

Jay looked bad in prejuding...compared to alot of people.
Take a look at the thread we had during the finals. Then take a look at the thread of the prejuding. Night and day of who everyone thought would win.
During prejudgeing...even die hard Cutler fans said Jay looked off and Ronnie had him. But, come the Finals...Ronnie got tighter in the upperbody. And it made the bad lat even worse...meanwhile Jay came in looking as Ronnie has UNBEATABLE.
It was a tale of 2 shows, I don't buy that Jay won prejudgeing. But, it is a good story, and would make everyone say it wa fair(that at best Ronnie lost the final but won prejudgeing).
But, no matter what Ronnie got beat in the end from being off some and that hidious lat injury and tri. You can't goto war with anyone with only half your body...atleast Ronnie had the balls to try.

Why does everyone say he "lost"? As far as I know, NONE of the competitors lost. However, only one of them got first.
