    Smile My keto plan

    Hi everyone..

I have started CKD couple weeks ago, just had my very clean carb up this weekend. I was wondering if you could please look over my during the week plan and let me know if I have to change anything.

    Meal#1
    2.5 tbsp flax meal
15 g peanut butter All made into a flax porridge
1 tsp cocoa and 2 tsp splenda
    2 eggs

    Meal#2
    broccoli
    1 can tuna
    1 oz feta
    10 ml olive oil
    15 ml dressing (4.5 g fat, 1 g cho)

    Meal#3
    2 eggs
    1 oz almonds

    Meal#4
    1 scoop whey
    15 g dextrose
    glutamine

    Meal#5
    lettuce
    4 oz chicken
    1 oz mozzarella
    10 ml olive oil
    15 ml dressing (4.5 g fat, 1g cho)

it all adds up to 1512 calories. and the macros are 66%fat (98 g), 29% pro(96g) 5% cho(16.5g)--> macros don't include the shake...

Please let me know what you think. I carbed up this saturday and only gained .6 lbs. Only used oatmeal, root veggies and whole wheat bread.

I am 20 years old, 5"9' and 127.6 at the moment, after carb up. The reason why I am on CKD is because I want to reduce my bodyfat just a bit. I competed this past April and would like to lean out a bit again , preserving muscle mass.
I train Monday(lower body and shoulders), Tuesday(upper body), Thursday (full body) and saturday (depletion) and do cardio every morning before breakfast.

Please advise me in what you think I am doing wrong. Thanks for tkaing the time to read me 'novel'

It looks like a sound plan, and congrats on competing, that takes a lot of guts.

But why do you want to lean out at 5"9 and 127. That's pretty slim, no?

Thanks Jaim91 and Chimponarope for replying. Also, Jaim91, I would like to drop some bodyfat..I guess although my competetion was quite a few months ago, I miss the lower bodyfat ...And I quite enjoy eating this way..I'll see what results I get...

I'm curious, what kind of pre-competition prep program did you use?

I used TKD. I was having 3 shakes(1 scoop whey,1 scoop dextrose and glutamine), pre, during and post workout and then oatmeal and protein ppwo. All the other meals were protein +fat.

It worked really well, my lifts were amazing. I was also using a trainer, so I had someone to spot me at all times. I am tempted to use that again. Maybe I will switch between CKD and TKD....I am not sure....But I really miss lifting heavy again...

For my first competition I used the standard competition diet...carbs in first 4 meals and last two meals p+f...but I found that TKD worked the best...also, I had no cravings due to all the sugar I was having around my workout...All in all, I am giving CKD a chance now...I had a lot of strength at the gym today after the Saturday carb-up...so it might work just as well as TKD....

    Anyone used TKD???
