Creatine Monohydrate Powder 5%
Taurine Powder 5%
L-Leucine by the Pound 5%
it comes out to about 30 carbs protein and 20 grams of protein for two scoops. i would also eat oats 20-30 minutes later. it comes out to 8 dollars a pound with the bsl flavoring. i want to now what you think. should i drop the WMS and the taurine. should it all be hydro.

I ordered a 75% WPI and 25% Whey Hydroslate, and I got the free watermelon flavoring not the BSL flavoring. They warned about bad taste, and people here say that you should go over 25%. However, I find it not bad or bitter like they say, I take a 40 gram dose of that blend and add 20oz. PWO and haven't had problems. TP also sent me some free WMS and I don't know what people are talking about but I mix this stuff in with the drink and stir it very hard with a fork and it is fine, the taste of the WMS is chalky and bitter but nothing that bad. I would do what I did and just order 1 pound of your own custom mix and see how you can handle it, but I have never had a problem. Hope this helps.
