Do you not eat veggies, or did you just not list them? Other than that it looks decent. I'd substitute some of the carbs for fat though.

Ya I havn't bought any vegetables for this plan lately, but I guess I can incorperate them in would you have any suggestions. Also, what would you consider a good ratio between carbs/protein/fat??

As an easy guideline I like to aim for about 1/3 each carbs, protein, fat, with at least half the fat intake saturated. This is the result of lots of bb.com and Internet research, coupled with years of health consciousness and a dose of moderation.

I was always under the impression that when figuring carbs/protein/fat you used the total cals from each macro, not the total grams. So 40/40/20 would be 40% cals from carbs/40% cals from protein/20% cals from fat. Could be wrong here as i dont keep real close attention to my macro intakes.

Yes, it is counted as calories, not as grams. If you want an easy way to keep track of macros, try fitday.com.
