Sometimes when i bench pres my chest will be sore the next day, everyonce in a while though, my chest will not be sore at all, but my lats will be very sore, whats the reason for this, is it my form or something im doing wrong, like isaid it only happens onxce in a while, some workouts my chest is sore, some i dont get sore, and others my lats get sore, really just wondering y?
Perhaps one uses his lats to a certain extent when one bench presses, and perhaps your form causes you to use your lats to a greater extent to where they feel sore the next day.
