Let the competition begins
I am happy to announce that the Fall fat Loss competition is officially on. So far we have 7 judges and 64 contestants. Still can’t believe it myself but it is happening.
This is the official thread for the Fall Fat Loss competition. This thread should only be used to post your measurements, weight and pictures and some comments from the judges.
This thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=911920 remain the community thread where we all can exchange ideas, opinions and help each other. Every thing goes in this thread.
I hope we can all enjoyed this competition and hang in there till the end. Let’s make this the stepping stone toward our goal, our change in lifestyle, the beginning to it all. Our judges are more than happy to help us and give us advice, and we can feel free to contact them at any time….
And to finish I want to leave you with those to final quotes

Rules and Regulations
We don’t have many rules or regulations. The one we have are few and simple
The first thread as noted before: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=911920 shall remain the official thread for exchange of opinions, ideas, are just to rant. Go there and let us know your problem, the issues that you are facing and how we might help. The judge and us participant will be more than happy to.
This thread is to be only use to post measurements, pictures, and size. The time to post them in is first week of October, November, December and finally January.
The Judges are responsible to decide whom is the final winner of this contest and they will let us know in due time what will their decision is based on.
They will declare the results by January 15 , but if we all keep at this, we will all be winners.
Final and most important rule : We are accountable for our progress and failure. We have the final power to decide if we are going to succeed or not. So let make this work and let us all be there at the final week, January 1st.

The Judges
I believe that we have the best panel of Judges that we can ask for. Their knowledge in fat loss can equal or surpass any personal trainer or professional athlete. I recommend that we use everything that they have to offer because after all it is free, and nothing beats free

Height: 73.5 inches
Neck: 18 inches
Waist: 42 inches (Measured widest part of stomach)
Thighs: 23.5 inches
Arms: 15 inches
Chest: 47 inches
Forearms: 11.5 inches
Bodyfat % = 24.9% plus or minus 2%
Goals during this competition: 15-17% bodyfat, in the 200-210 lbs range.
Program used: I've decided to do Ripptoes Strength Program
