im not sure how many of you guys have heard, played, or trained for aussie rules football. i need some assitance in training for it, despite it currently being the offseason, id like to be ahead of the curb muscle wise before the next season starts, could some one chuck me their exersise plan, which has had good results, it would be musch appreciated.
If it makes any difference, im also a ruck, or full back, so thanks, all help is apprieciated
