Keri Lotion, Fast Absorbing formula, fragrance free is my recommendation. Not greasy like the original Keri.
A tip is not to put moisturizers onto dry skin, but right after you towel off from the shower. Or, if you aren't coming from the shower, rub water onto your skin, dry most of it off with a towel, and then lock the moisture in with a moisturizer.
In reality, moisturizers are incorrectly named. The point is not to use moisturizer to moisten your skin -- use water for that. Moisturizer should be used only to lock in moisture from a recent application of water.

Limit you use of the tub. Hot water dries out your skin.
Do not use soap. This just strips you skin of oils.
Use a moisturizing body wash in the tub or shower. There are unscented ones so you don't have to worry about smelling like flowers.
Baby oil in the tub (watch you don't slip) and then put baby oil on as soon as you get out when your skin is still damp. Just get the cheap store brands.
If my skin is really bad and I am in the tub..... I put vaseline all over while I am still in there. It spread easier against wet skin.
I do this about once every week or so.
And if you don't want to "age"....quit tanning. Not even a lite tan is good for the skin.
Use sunless tanners if you want some color.

GOOOO COCKS!!!!!
Hey, don't put your hair down in that tub after you pour the baby oil in there! I did this once with Skin So Soft -- not very smart! Also, stay away from those tanning beds! Self tanners work great! Finally, I use Vaseline Intensive Care Moisturizer or Lubriderm -- I put them on as soon as I get out of the shower while my skin is still moist.

LOL...yes one thing that is tough to get out of hair is that oil. Your body will be nice and soft, but you will look yucky with greasy hair.

GOOOO COCKS!!!!!
It took 3 days to get it all out! Lol

is it true what they say about it better to shower at night before bed so your skin is protected all day with the natural oils your skin produces and keeps it from drying out?
i heard this somewhere, can't remember, i dont think i could handle not showering in the morning lol

lol same here, except since i cut my hair, instead of having long curls i now wake up looking like a black haired shirley temple, even when i do straighten it.
imagine how much money we would save if we didnt have to shampoo and condition everyday like some women. *sigh*

well dude, i am a guy (and a damn sexy one at that) and i find the easiest way to moisturize your skin is to use baby oil while you are in the shower... it takes 2 mins at the end of the shower and if you put it on while the water is still on u can rinse b4 u get out and not be so greasy. or if u are into moisturizing with cream u can mix your own... i buy a cheap vitamin E enriched cream from london drugs and then in a smaller squeeze bottle i mix it with some vitamin E oil and some vaseline.. it will leave skin greasy but i only use it for hands b4 bed so it don't bother me...

I do the baby oil in the shower as well. It works great that way. I also like using a the Vitamin E lotion. This is really good even after using the baby oil from the shower. I have been tanning from beds for quite some time now, off and on. I am mostly seasonal. I love the tan but I am not wanting the wrinkle. I always say I am going to stop tanning, but when the tan fades, I really hate it.
What's really bad is even when I see a girl that has fair skin and she is really pretty it really makes me want to stop and I still can't.
Ok, getting of the subject.... :-) I just wanted to add that the oil in the shower and vitamin E lotion afterwards is really a great thing... Not sticky either.

Tone....it is tough to give up that tan. I used to bake in the sun as a teenager. That was back before sunscreens. I would use the baby oil and sunreflectors. Luckily I lived in a cold climate, so I could only do this about 2 months out of the year. Otherwise I would be looking like a prune right now at age 47. As it is, I have alot more wrinkles than I want. And those small skin cancers are being removed every year.
Tanning beds now make it possible for anyone, anywhere to tan all year round. Not a good thing at all.
And there is no such thing as a safe tan. A tan is the body's defense against the abuse the rays do to it.. But once you got the tan, you have already caused the damage.
Be good to your skin...use self tanners if you want that golden glow.

the only problem with self tanners is, when you use it on your back coz it can be a problem when your wanting it all over, also with uneven tanning and colour is a problem sometimes, if you have someone to help you, go for it, i'm taking care of my skin now that i live in a cold climate. go to the beach in moderation
Also remember the people that will get wrinkles first are the ones that smoke and spend too much time in the sun. take care.....

you both make awesome points. I think that no matter what the beds are just as bad as the sun. I go 2 times a week for 10 min each. I moisurize nearly daily. I am lucky that I have pretty much moisurized since I can remember. I really love smooth skin.
But I to remember laying in the sun with baby oil and iodine. How stupid!!!!

yeah it is cold here, but not all year round. I mostly use tanning beds. When I go out in the sun to go swimming or something then I use something with a sunblock.

Baby oil
Hey, thanks for all the answers. I went to Safeway, looked around and couldn't find fragrance free baby oil.. so I got the regular kind. Luckily I didn't use much at first. That stuff STINKS. But it made my skin feel great.
So I'm wondering.... Did I look in the wrong place (baby care)? Does anybody know if any of these places would have it...
Wal-Mart
K-Mart
Rite Aid
I really don't want to go all over town looking for it... is there a specific brand I can look for? Thanks again.
David
