    How safe is the increase of the DA e ACh in the brain for a long term period ?
    I know high doses of them can cause tolerance, schizophrenia, anxiety ...
    Do you recommend any other supplement ?

    I've used N-pept 10 and focus xt. I liked both. There is also a nootropics thread here in the supp section, if you want to look for suggestions.

    A lot of people use 1-2g of ALCAR a day as part of their stack. I just ordered some myself. There are whole forums/threads dedicated too Nootropics and study aids.

    Focus XT is a great product for increased cognitive performance. Convenient, excellent taste, well-balanced formula. I really enjoy it before studying (obviously).
