Revise my meals
So here's the thing, I been slacking on my diet lately, and been stressing over a Calc3 test, so by tomorrow i Should be fine, and by tomorrow afternoon i should b back on my diet.
So i cant fit 6 meals into my schedule, so instead i went with 7
5a(The pre workout): ON 100%whey and NO Xplode(just because i have some lying around)
7.30-8ish(post wo):3/4 Cups oatmeal, 1.5 cups of skim milk, ON 100% whey, vitamins, and im thinking of adding more to it.
11ish:WW Bread and some sort of meat (i cant eat much here, i have 2 run from one side of campus to the other in 15 minutes WHILE i eat)
1ish:Usually brown rice, or ww pasta, with meats and lentils, or that sorts. Depends on what my mom and i decide on cookin
4ish: Either a publix bag of salads with Honey mustard and cheese and tuna, or some form of complex carbs nd a sugar free popsicle.
6ish: more of the last meal, its usually at night time i fall for cravings so eating up some more helps me out.
8ish(1hr b4 bed time): ON 100% whey, flax seed. Help me reorganize it to look somewhat better.
EDIT: I read the stickies, and i BFFM, but im in need of your opinions more than guidelines. I am cutting, and try to carb rotate with aobut 2000 and 2200

Cutting, and forgot about the training. On a good week (no late past 10 studying, or no injuries) 3 days of cardio, which ofcouse include HIIT, 3 days of split lifting, one rest on sundays. I practice capoeira on Tuesdays and Thursdays, thats an extra hr of cardio, but not as strong as my other cardios.

I'd have more food preworkout. If you can't wait long before hitting the gym, I'd say have a banana, whey, skim milk, and creatine 45 minutes preworkout. Postworkout looks fine as well, though I'd add some fruit in there.
Can you caluclate your daily nutrition totals and post them?

I did a rough draft, ill say it was pretty accurate, it was about 40% carbs, 50 Protein, 10 Fat. Im trying to up the fats, im guessing some olive oil would do the trick. And calory wise i cant recall, I think i was about 2000. My problem is the calorics distribution. It goes from low to high, back to low, back to high, to med, to low, to low. I dont know if this is what is making me crave. When i used to undereat i didnt have problems with craving, but then again i could have just blocked them out.

The problem is your fat intake. It is ridiculously low. Aim for 20% of calories from fat.
I'd also exchange real food for the last meal. Cottage cheese, tuna, chicken, or something of that nature along with some fats is a good idea.

This is fine. Add some vegetables here. Raw celery, cauliflower, and broccoli work well.

Have the salad and tuna here. I'd replace the honey mustard with olive oil + vinegar or half an avocado

Another salad with tuna or chicken along with olive oil and vinegar here.

Are you taking fish oils at all? I recommend taking ~10g of fish oils if you aren't.
I hope that helps!
