Do a refeed w/ any good, clean foods...sweet potatoes, brown rice, ezekiel bread, quinoa, barley, lots of good carbs out there!!

Your refeed should be carb heavy. Extra carbs, extra protein, but normal fat.

good article, it makes sense. OK, so here's a question. With the cortisol levels so high, would it be benificial after the refeed to take a supplement like...oh gawd, what's it called...Cortaslim? Or one of those kind? Are they even the same thing or am I way off base here?
