    HST on keto a good workout plan?

    Just going into Keto in a few weeks time and wondering whats a good lfiting plan while on keto?

    Oh and also, is regular hamburger ground beef (3 star, the high fat one) is that ok while on keto or should i still stick to the 5 star, premium ground beeef?

    A good lifting plan is one that gets results for you. You don't need a special keto workout, anything that works will do. However it's better to go for one that is hard and heavy and short. Ideally, you shouldn't spend more than 45 minutes lifting at a time.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

    As long as it doesn't have carbs, you're ok. Eat fat to your hearts content (feels kind of ironic saying that...)
