You should add unilateral exercices, for example: one-legged squat or one-leg press. Because in football, you're always moving around.
You could add some exercices to train your core, like ABS, lowerback extension, lateral pulldown....

    What position are you playing?

Man you've gotta have endurance. I don't think you'll built too much of it with plyos but please correct me if I'm wrong. You gotta perform route after route in a game. And if you're only fast the first time, then of what use are you? I think you should spend a lot of time doing sprints with little rest time to build endurance.
Goal of June football camp = 400lb squat

Farwell, my friends. I'll be back some day. Just need to get my head screwed on straight.

YES, you've gotta add alot sprints into your routine!! Your a wide reciever, one of the fastest on the team. ive added sprints into my routine and ive become faster, more agile(sp?) Also, keep your diet in check, lots of carbs. That will help your overall performance. Also, run routes, have a friend or family or w/e to throw you the ball while running your route
