does bodybuilding.com really mean that when people join they can't already be knowledgeable without being repped on the internet? the coaches may have shown him the way to his knowledge he has now. I just know that this site is very useful but if someone joins and has the stats this guy has and has only one post, and not a whole lot of green under his name then he doesnt know what he is talking about???? c'mon! the green dots have to start somewhere!

dont pay any attention to the weener ***got. I was 183 when i benched 300 for my 1rm. 365 doesnt sound the least bit impossible for somebody thats 225 and your height. Theres a lot of haters on here that wish they could put that kind of weight up. I know an all natural football player from here in pa that is 6ft 235 and ive personally seen him bench over 400 atleast 3 different days, hes 18.

Thank you again! haha...Our team squat average is 500. I'm just average on my team. We got two guys squatting 700 on the team. Sure they are seniors at 21-22 years old, but still I'm just average. Our team bench average was 290 I think, so I was in the high percentile when we tested in bench. Hell, when I went back to my high school a few weeks ago I witnessed a sophomore in high school put up 315. I've noticed that a lot latley, kids are getting stronger these days
