Hey everyone. I took some pics and wanted to know what yall thought my bf% is because my scale that I have is veryyyy inaccurate. And my other question, like it says in the title, if yall think my bodyfat% is too high should I start doing lots of cardio or should I to bulk?
Well theres these black drummers at my school and you can tell there arms are just so puny and all, but when they pick up a drum or something there arms looks sooo frickin defined. Is it just because I dont have a lot of stregnth or is it because my bf%?
I just recieved my Micronized Creatine and so I'm gonna start taking that tommorow(the loadin phase). I also took a pic of my whey protein to show you how sick and crappy it taste, so yeah.

i think u should bulk man. You look like me about a year ago when i was chubby tho i went into like anorexia after that and lost too much weight before i started workin out. yea it looks like u need some mass so deff. go for and EAT, EAT, EAT and ull gain some mass. U can cut later if u do it now u'll just get rlly skinny and weak u want to make good use of ur noob gains with a bulk
EDIT: Don't take body fortress protein. I mean its not bad on a budget and for a wallmart protein, but its not enjoyable to take. Go buy some ON 100% whey here on BB.com. Cheap, effective, and tastes good.Last edited by ThatGuidoKid; 09-27-2006 at 04:28 PM.

lol. i used to take the exact same "body fortress" whey protein, only in chocolate. and since walmart solded out of the chocolate one, i started using six stars...
anyhoo.. i say that u should bulk up and lift heavy. work on ur chest a lot. if ur a beginner, try working it out about 3 times a week (fresh beginners usuaully never overtrain) and u will gain very fast gains with that (after about 3 weeks, stop working the same muscle group so often, becuase then u will overtrain)
after u get ur nice chest, u will look bigger and better i guess :P But for right now, I recommend u to focuz intensely on chest.♂Nice Ass Crew♀

I do bench presses, does putting my hand as far apart as i can work more of my chest? and would it be ok to add in some dumbell flies and incline dumbell benches into my rippetoe's program?

incline dumbell bench 2x5
dumbell flies 2x5
also I have band practice like monday, tuesday, thursday, and we have games on fridays, so when do think i should even try to workout? I always workout on Saturday but would it be ok for me to workout on wensday because we have band 3 hours on thursday so i have to hold my instrument a while. So would it be ok for my arms to go thru that? or should i just stick to saturdaysI REP BACK

You should go on the Ripptoes Program. It's fairly easy and has worked for many(mostly teenagers). I suggest you check it out. Good luck.

I am 200lb 24%bf (132lb(or sometihng like that), 160lb bench, can curl 50..and i have 15" arms.
