currently the powders im using are:
prolab n-large
milk protein isolate
nighttime formula (milk protein isolate, micellar casein before bed)
i've been mixing all my shakes in lactaid milk but have been experiencing some side effects from what i think is my lactose intolerance. not sure which one it's coming from. the milk protein isolate says it's 1-2% lactose.

there are quite a few protein powders that dont have any lactose in them (milk protein)
beverly ultrasize is one, syntrax i****trix is another (just check them)
normally they say right on the can.
and just mix them with water, they taste just as good IMO
plus you can have them whenever, just add the water, you dont have to have the cold lactaid

At first glance, the N-Large would seem to be the obvious issue. But, you never know, one of the isolates may not really be all it is cracked up to be, either.
I'd eliminate the N-Large at first and see if the problems start to clear. If not, move to the next and test until the problems clear.
Our MASS PRO is lactose free. Even those with severe cases of lactose intolerance do fine with it mixed in water. And yes, it still tastes great that way.Muscle And Sports Science Honcho

Mixing it with Lactaid milk won't be enough. I am also lactose intolerant, and I mix my shakes with Lactaid milk. However, anything with whey protein concenctrate (the type in NLarge2), or something else known for lactose, I take 2 "Agree With Dairy" pills from GNC. They're actually pretty affordable for something fron GNC. They work like a charm too.
