How the hell do you monsters bench so much?

I bench 55kg 6x5 in my routine. How does everyone tackle there bench? I seem to be lagging for my age lol.

don't worry, the bench press isn't everybody's strength. it's definitely not mine. I only bench 5lbs over my bodyweight, and it took me for hell and ever to even get that. squats are my forte.

bench does not prove your overall power as some may like to think. just focus on it giving you a good workout, if it isnt then you up the wieght. if it is then just leave it
