i've looked up in googled, and they said that eggs contains 6g of protein, and duck eggs contains 15g is this true, i have no reach of supplement so im planning to use eggs instead but i need to run too, is duck eggs good for bodybuilding?
i weigh around 140ish pounds and if i bought 90eggs it would cost me 240 Bhat and 12 eggs a day would mean 180-190g of protein. but eating too many eggs is bad for the heart so im gonna do running.

Page 10 of http://www.enc-online.org/pdf/Presen...20egg%20pdf%22 shows the nutrition per 100g. A large chicken egg is approx 50g but i don't know how much a duck egg weighs.

i jsut find out duck eggs are gigantic, my eggs are 13g of protein per 100g and the eggs are 58g per egg, my dad used to work on a small farm, and chicken eggs almost was as large as a duck, my dad described duck eggs 12-15cm high, and about 5-8cm wide, but it takes 1 or 2days per duck egg.....so duck eggs are pretty big
