This log will document my experience with Controlled Labs Red Acid Gen 2.
Diet:
I will be following Chuck Rudolph's Cut Diet 2500 with refeeds every 3 days.
Weight Training:
My training routine is the cut diet routine.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Back
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Cardio:
My cardio routine will be 30-45 minutes post workout.
Time to get started!

Initial thoughts:
The first dose didn't really hit me as I expected. I am usually a slow responder in the morning however and I feel that this may be part of it.
The second dose I took was great. I had a sustained energy feeling for about 2 hours after taking this.

Today's Thoughts
I took the first dose about an hour today after waking up, rather than right away. I think I felt the "focus" a bit more, since I was already up and more sensitive, and not groggy.
The second dose didn't really do much for me. Is this because I am taking it so soon after a meal? I'd like opinions on how long after a meal to take this.

Today's Thoughts
I could not time today's 2nd dose before a workout. However, I took the first dose 15 min before cardio (low intensity, 35 min) and about 15 min in I started feeling a little "euphoric". I'm wondering how long the effects of this should last. Should I start taking red acid later in the day at like 10 and 3?
Would this help me more with a workout (as I usually like to workout around 5-6 PM)

Today sucked. Moved into a new apartment. Really needed that 2nd dose today. I actually combined it with 200 mg of Caffeine and i felt my heart racing a bit. Should these two things not be combined?

I think this works better when I have less time between doses. I was thinking about maybe adding in a third dose in the evening. Anyone got any opinions on this?

Back on the routine today. Wow, did I feel weird today when jumping back into working out/taking RA.
The first dose especially hit me kind of hard. I went from like kind of like limping around to my neck snapping back sort of. Extra sensitivity for some reason?
