Rotator Cuff exercises everyday, is it safe?
If your aim is to strengthen the shoulders, is it ok to do RC exercises everyday? Isn't RC exercises just like warm up which is safe to do everyday?

Yes. Broomstick stretches throughout the day every day helped my shoulders immensely.

I wouldn't do it EVERY day, not unless you're doing it as rehab. Your rotator cuff already takes a beating from pretty much anything that involves your shoulder joint, it needs rest too. Stretches are fine, though.

if your using weights, even though extremely light I wouldn't do RC execises every day. Now stretching and what not is fine, but I wouldn't do RC strengthening exercises everyday.

Agreed. RC exercises strengthen muscles, too, just different ones, which requires rest to adapt just like everything else.

Doing RC exercises every day is fine if you are just stretching. If you use any weight resistance training on them then do them every other day, or maybe even less.

If you are doing them with heavier weights like 3x10 then do them every other day. The rotator cuff MUSCLES are just like any other muscle; they need time to heal as well.
If you are doing light exercises with broomsticks and very high reps with 15+, then it is probably OK to do them everyday if you wanted to. But if you are systematically increasing the weight just like with your other lifts, then you definitely want to take a day off inbetween them
I do mine 3x a week.
