This will be my my log for the next 30 day's to test Controlled Lab's Red Acid Gen 2.
Nutrition
My diet depends on what i'm doing for the day. On day's i run and weight lift my calories are around 1800-2000. On days i just run they are 1600-1800. On my off day i stay around 1400. I'm training for a half marathon so on my long run day of 10-15 miles i will eat about 2000 or more calories.
Workouts
My week is usually like this although sometimes i will switch things around depending on what is happening that day.
Mon- Short run day -5 miles
Tues-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
Wed-off
Thurs-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
Fri-6 mile run
Sat-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
Sun- Long run day
Progess
I weigh myself and test my body fat every Friday morning. I will post pics and measurements when i start the supplements.

Oct 2- Day 1
Yes it came Saturday and since i knew that for the next 30 days i was not going to cheat i was bad this weekend and the scales showed it.

Took two pills before breakfast and i like the extra energy i'm feeling.To me it's better than the EC stack i was taking.
Today is my off day from training since i ran 8.50 miles on Saturday and lifted weights and ran 10 miles on Sunday.
Tomorrow i will run and lift.

Oct.3 -Day 2
Good Morning Ladies,
Feeling a lot better today. I always start to feel bad in the afternoon on the day i don't workout. It was nice and cool for my run this morning 52* at 6am. I love to run that early . I get to watch the sunrise. It's nice.
I'm on my second day of taking Red Acid. Yesterday like i said in the afternoon i started to feel down. I took my second dose and did start to feel a bit better. I took my first pills today before breakfast and i do feel a bit more awake..no bad side effects..

Today is my 3rd day on Red Acid 2. Since i'm back down to the weight i usually stay at this will be the true test of this product. To see if while taking this i can get at or under 120. I seem to stall at 121. My weight did drop down faster. It usually takes me till Thursday to go from 129-130 back to 125 after i've had a big cheat meal on Sunday. I like this product because i don't get that jittery feeling like when i would take my EC stack. This is like a calm energy. So far i'm really liking this product.

Took today off from running. The back of my leg behind my knee was hurting yesterday and is still a little sore today so i'll be lifting weights later and doing about 20 minutes of yoga. I have to say i'm loving the energy i'm getting from the Red Acid. I think this is something i will continue with.

Eventhough my weight is the same my clothes feel looser and my leg feels all better. Ok now time to bitch ..I have to go to a dinner party tomorrow night..it's a last minute kind of thing and i hate it because i just know they will not have any food thats not fatting as hell. I'm just going to eat as little as possible and hope it doesn't screw me up. I guess it's a good thing that the next two days are my long run days.

Today's Run-6.33 miles-will lift weights later today.
Didn't do my long run on Sunday. We went to a dinner party Saturday night and i didn't get to bed until 1am..then got up at 6 to go running. I figures 6 miles was better than nothing. Did not sleep good last night either. I was in such a daze when i woke up i forgot to weigh myself so i'll do that tomorrow..
