Back into it

Ok so i haven't done any lifting for a lil more then 6 months, but im getting back into it using the following routine. My goals are to gain 8kg's of muscle. I will be training 3 days a week to begin with.

Workout A

Squat
Bench press
Bent over row
Dips


Workout B

Squat
Military press
Dead lift
Pull ups

Any advice greatly appreciated.
Oh btw im
5'6
63kgs
23 yrs old

BTW i started with workout B today.
I trained as best as i could keeping correct form and making every rep count, the only one i had a bit of trouble was with the military press since i didnt have a spoter and feel like i could of gone a bit heavier.
I'll post a few pics when i get a hold of a digi camera..
