Back into it
Ok so i haven't done any lifting for a lil more then 6 months, but im getting back into it using the following routine. My goals are to gain 8kg's of muscle. I will be training 3 days a week to begin with.
Workout A
Squat
Bench press
Bent over row
Dips
Workout B
Squat
Military press
Dead lift
Pull ups
Any advice greatly appreciated.
