    I'm using ON 100% Whey and Muscle Juice. I don't believe any other protein drink compares to ON's. If not, suggest some for me.

    i use ON whey, good stuff, tried muscle juice and a few others, muscle juice has a but load of saturated fat though, i use PVL's gourmey gainer, never had the squirts though, maby you're taking to much

    idk, maybe its the Muscle Juice, you mite just have an irritable bowl. I kinda do so I'm all natural now but I'm going to start to take muscle milk and I was thinking of buying ON's whey protein. I took GNC 100% whey protein and I was OK. Try to not take the muscle juice for like a week and see what happens.

    I take muscle juice every day, and never have any problems. Also in regards to the fat isn't it medium chain triglycerides. Which are catagorized as saturated fat, but really not unhealthy at all?

    Any increase in fat can make your stool softer...doesn't matter if its a "good" or "bad" fat. I'd say your problem is a combination of high fat intake and lactose intolerance. I would drop the gainer, possibly lower fat intake a bit, and find a whey protein isolate. VPX makes a great tasting one...
