    one pec more developed than the other

    ok so my left pec is more developed than my right pec...very noticable
    should i do more reps with the right to even it out?

    Your left pec is bigger bcuz your right deltoid is stronger probably because your right handed, and as you did **** with your right arm, your right delt got stronger and more endurable. So you should workout as normal, but stop a few rews short on your left side, and then do a few front raises with your left arm to even it out. I have the same problem.

    Switch to using dumbells instead of barbells for your chest movements.

    E.g. use barbells for incline bench.

    Do this for a while, should help even out the problem. I had an issue as well but things are getting better.

    if its stronger and messes up ur form than try putting a little more weight on tht side when benching but if ur forms fine and all i hav no idea what to tell u

    i do use DB's i dont use a bar that much =( ill give it a couple more weeks or so
