Hey You!
I'm not on the forums nearly as much as I used to be, so hopefully this log will keep me consistant.
Ok, and I PROMISE to have some pics up by the end of this. I've been depriving you of me for far too long

First Day
Woke up at 5:30 this morning and popped 2 RA Gen 2's immediately.
Training partner never showed, so got to the gym a little late, about 6:20.
Today was a leg workout, so a little extra energy wouldn't hurt.
Warmed up on the stationary bike for 5 minutes, then jumped into squats.
Squats:
8x135
8x225
8x275
6x305
6x365
That last set had me pretty fried, it's been awhile since i've gone heavy(for me) on squats. After that last set I was foolish enough to listen to one of the big dogs in the weight room and do a set of 3 count pauses.
Never did them before, so I played it safe and put on 225. Did a set of 6 and felt awesome, very hard though. Definitely gonna keep them in the program.
The rest of the workout was pretty cut and dry, 3 sets of leg curls, a few sets of extensions, and some calf work.
After those squats I didn't have much left, which is how I like it. However, I still felt pretty awesome.
Not jittery caffeine/ephedra rush or anything, but a pretty solid, focused feeling.
Not bad so far, but we'll have to give it time. I'll update later when I find out it's effects on appetite.

Pauses are one of the most effective things for getting squat numbers up. Doing these ATG and holding for a three count will help when going heavy with getting out of the hole.

That's correct. I didn't think anyone would be familiar with it.
It just sorta pumps me up, and I think it rings true for alot of us who spend time with the iron.

They felt awesome, Fitty!
I'm definitely going to be keeping them in my program. Hopefully they'll really bump my squat up.
Lookin' to start puttin' up some bigger numbers, but I don't see myself hitting 600 anytime soon.
Unlike another guy I train with

That series had me wanting to go back into fighting again. Then I realized that while I was good, I would never be the worlds best so I just watched more TV.

Appetite Suppression
Honestly, I was pretty surprised. No matter what, my appetite is normally pretty voracious. Took two RA gen 2 at around noon on an empty stomach, and I haven't been all that hungry all day, including now.
Dunno how long this will last, as I tend to build up a tolerance to things rather quickly.
On a side note, I have a pretty wicked headache right now. Not sure that's the cause of it.

Tris and Bis today.
Felt awesome, although I must have slept on my left arm in an awkward position, because it hurt like hell this morning.
Energy was up, but I may have just been amped to work out my tris.
Threw up 225 today for 6 on reverse grip bp on the smith for the first time today. Felt great.
Still feel pretty good, even with just 5 hours of sleep under my belt. May go back for some cardio then take a nap later.

Had shoulders yesterday.
Felt sorta crappy, didn't get much sleep the night before.
Pretty cut and dry w/o, wanted to go heavy on seated bb millitary, but there were only 3 other dudes in the room, and none of them looked like safe bets in the spot department. Weights were moderate, but still felt pretty good.
Cardio today. Nothing insane, but decent intensity. Even with the Red Acid I felt pretty sluggish this morning. Might just be the week and reduced calories catching up to me.
Still no scale back at the gym, starting to get a little pissed. Might just go to a department store or something and try and use one of theirs. Dunno what they'd think of me standing in my underwear though. Starting to notice some nice shoulder vascularity by the way.

JP go to the ASB building back side (loading dock side) walk up the short stair case and you will see a big walk on scale. I have been told it is within 1 oz.

Normal for me is about 7 hours. Once in a blue moon I'll manage 8 and feel like a million bucks.

Chest and Back today.
Felt sluggish as hell when I walked into the gym this morning. That changed pretty quick after my warm-up set on bb flat.
8x135(warmup)
6x225
6x245
4x265
3x275
10x205(cool down)
Felt really strong in chest today for some reason. Could have been the unintentional carb-up I had on Saturday evening into Sunday morning.
Did 3 sets of cables with a drop set at the end. By then the pump in my chest was pretty intense.
3 sets of 6 with 90lb dbs on incline and weighted dips at 3x8(body weight+45lb plate) finished off my chest workout.
Back was pretty standard, and a little underdone due to time constraints, but I still felt like I got it worked pretty good.
So far appetite has been pretty easy to keep in check, with the exception of this weekend, but that was a conscious choice. Energy seems on the up, but i'm also able to take a nap after my workouts, which I love. I'm pretty happy that Gen 2 is sans caffeine.

Legs today.
Felt really tired when I woke up this morning. Did 6 minutes on the stationary bike to warm up my legs and a light set of db lunges.
Felt incredible today. Used a belt for the first time in awhile, and it made a huge difference.
Squats
8x225
8x275
8x315
6x365
6x385
Felt really good, think I'm ready for 405 next week. After those squats I threw in a set of 3-counts with 275 for 8. Hurt like hell
Went on to do 3 sets of leg curls, a few sets of extensions and some calf work.
The only increase in energy or intensity came in the form of Fitnessman spotting me. The man makes it so you're too scared not to put the weight up, haha.

Haha, not necesarily scary, but definitely intimidating enough to get you motivated.
Actually I never tried the original, heard good things about it though.
Hopefully I can keep these numbers going up, I need to be as big as I can get by March so I can impress you at the Arnold
