Theres this workout program called the power of 10, basically you workout 1-2 times a week, 1 exercise per muscle, 3 sets of 6-8 reps and each rep lasts 20 seconds(10 seconds up 10 seconds down.) Ive been reading about it a little bit and from the testimonials it supposedly works. Anyone ever done or heard of this or know if it works?
