Mines Systema, developed by the Cossacks quite a long time ago. Only utilized by a few select secret spetznaz groups. Taught from royal family to royal family through the Russian Kingdoms of old.
This stuff makes you invincible basically. Probably why I chose it over BJJ and Kenpo/Karate/JKD/Boxing.

Whats your favorite fighting art?
"The machine isn't that strong, much less so than a muscular man. Even women should be able to beat it," said Atlus spokeswoman Ayano Sakiyama, calling the recall of the arm spirit arcade machine "a precaution."

mines called MOVING. all i do is move and i knock you out haha. systema and all other styles are just names we call movements but systema and jkd is different because both realized that everything is just movement and improving those movements became a thing to do.
i'm training with intu-flow, body-flow, and fisticuffs. intu-flow makes you move better in whatever you do and you feel great because tension is released. body-flow does the same but way more, and fisticuffs shows you how to weaponize your architechture and lubricate your joints so movements are good. there is a ton to say about this type of training but all I can say is it's definitely great.Pyramid Paradigm?

If you refer to a fighter who you've never met in real life as "my boy" as though their performance somehow reflects well on you for simply being a fan, you're a lame ass.

Hehe believe what you want. I practice systema and people really have no clue what its actually like to go up against systema, because its not like anything else out there.
Like the thread's titled, whats your favorite art."The machine isn't that strong, much less so than a muscular man. Even women should be able to beat it," said Atlus spokeswoman Ayano Sakiyama, calling the recall of the arm spirit arcade machine "a precaution."

i dont know why the thread starter said its his favorite when this is a survival art...i aint looking to seriously hurt someone or kill someone lol.
just like alot of filipino martial arts...they use weapons and **** like arnis, kali, dumog their version of catch wrestling etc..
they use weaponry and neck hits, groin shots and all this dirty ****...thats why they wouldnt be effective in the octogan...those things are not allowed.
but dont sleep **** like this is effective in real life...people think they arent.
self defense in the street is very effective its not fighting in the octogon.

well with all the extra striking options and targeting options it takes away from KO's
at least from the matches I have seen
in boxing you can punch, the head or the body
the head 80% of the time
in MT you can punch kick knee or elbow the head or the body or the leg
and the low kick has good range soyou see a lot of it

BJJ and wrestling.
I have no experience with any striking styles, but if I took one it would be Muay Thai.In 1945, Adolf Hilter died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied, "I am responsible for the massacre of millions" Satan said, "well done, sit to the right of my throne." In 1953, Joseph Stalin died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied "I killed millions to stay in power" Satan said "good, sit to my left" 2010, Ronnie James Dio died and went to Hell, Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" Dio replied, "Bitch, get the fuk off my throne!"
