How big do you have to be to show muscle without flexing?

Sure bodybuilders look big and buff when they're flexing but what do yall look like just walking around? Sure you can flex when you walk around but it's going to be hard to hold that for a lifetime cause eventually someone will see you unflexed even if it's only when you're asleep lol.

Anyone have any pics? Im more interested in how someone around 6'1-6'2 that weighs around 170-180 would look.

Like said before, it's not neccessarily the amount of muscle, but the bodyfat. I'm 5'6'', about 170 and 15-16%bf, so I don't show off the amount of muscle I do have.

You have to think though, I'm 6'2". You're 170 at 5'10", not that much smaller than me as far as size goes.

i weigh 209-ish pounds according to the converter, 5ft 10, bf% about 13%.
and i dont look that big walking around unflexed. as people have said you need quite a low bf% and a high muscle mass, to look big.

im around 185 pounds

if your well proportioned and certainly quite built in certain areas,muscularly thick and densely muscled for your weight/height etc you will look big all the time.
someone 5.6 foot would need less muscle than a 6.0 footperson to show off the same perception of muscularity.

there are many factors though

certain guys my age are a bit taller than i am are heavier and are naturally big guys but i am pretty much the same size with regards to back/arms/chest etc...so its how you have built yourself to appear larger to other people.
