Groin Pull..ouch

OK...no joke...except to say I'm sticking to the story it is because my groin is too big. I switched cardio equipment a couple months ago and ended up with a groin pull to the inside of my upper right leg...and yes the doctor confirms the pull. I used anti-inflamatory med for three weeks and have used a cold pack a couple times a day. Any other thing I should be doing. I am so over this ache! Would something like ultra sound be good? Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

I think you should follow your doctor's advice on this one or you may potentially require surgery to fix it.
