Thanks for taking the time to read my questions and I hope I can get my questions answered.
1. What does creatine do for you while on this diet? You see, I have heard of people putting creatine in their postworkout shake and of others who use it as if they were bulking, but what I would like to know is why, does it help you lose weight (by which I mean after the water retention goes back to normal), and does it give you energy? if so how much do you need (all while on the ketogenic diet)
2. How many and what type of carbs, and how long before a workout should they be taken? I have been doing keto for a while but now the tkd part of it has become much more important because early in my workout I can easily note a drop in my energy and intensity, surely due to carbs. Therefore I would like to know how to counteract the drop in energy and sustain my intensity during my workout through proper use of carbs.
thanks for reading my question and thanks in advance for the help

1. Creatine doesn't aid fat loss. The reason for adding to the post w/o shake is just to improve and speedup the absorption of the carbs and other nutrients in your shake.
2. The drop in energy may be due to a lack of fat intake...not carbs. If you workout in the morning make sure your prebed snack meal is high fat, this will help alot. If evening workout, make sure you get sifficient fat during the day.
