    How much cardio should I be doing for cutting?

    I was thinking of doing 2 20 minute session and 1 35 minute session 5 days a week. Is that overdoing it?

    just do 3-4 days max

    and do sessions of 30 min or if u wanna do the HIIT u can do that also (search) but i normally do 3-4 days and running 2.5 miles a day

    when I do pre comp I will be doing about 40min. of walking twice a day. of coarse its all diet bro.

    good way to look at it: "If you take in less calories than you will have to burn less calories" simple but true. just dont let yourself go catabolic
