MY main forearm work out is Farmer Walks, DB Shrugs and Deadlifts
Supersetting Farmer Walks with DB Shrugs is a good way to build up monsterous forearms and insane grip

Static barbell holds work pretty dman well for overall forearm growth. On top of this im sure my shrugs, deadlifts, and 300Lb handgrippers help also.

For me doing wrist curls is just a waste of time: I feel good pump and my veins stick out, but my forearms don't get any stronger or bigger. If you want to work your forearms just do heavy deadlifts, reverse barbell curls, shrugs and farmer walks and you will be just fine.
