I've been working out for 2 years, but I never took every aspect seriously. By that I mean my nutrition wasn't always on point. Now I'm ready to give it 100%.
My question is how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat should I take in a day if I'm trying to build as much muscle as I can (I'll be playing Div. 1 rugby in the spring).
Furthermore, besides glutamine, leucine, whey, creatine mono, n.o., and a multi, should I be taking anything else?
