    Trifecta stack

    I am going to be logging my results from the Trifecta stack. Methyl-1D and Formadrol. My stomach cannot handle the MMv3.

    I will also be stacking ConCret Creatine, Myofusion Whey Protein, C4(preworkout), Fish Oil, Multi, Mass Gainer(Body Fortress), Tribulus(pct). The Concret and C4 are both new for me and I'm hoping to see great results with those included!

    Ok lets get started, I will not be logging a day by day routine, calorie counting type log, instead im just going to post basic results(Before and after with weight changes/size changes) also with my thoughts included. I will try to eliminate any variables such as changing diet, workouts etc. I want to keep everything the same and see exact results.

    My workout routine is pretty simple, i lift 3-5 days a week. chest/tris/lats/shoulders: wednesday and saturday. Back/bi's: thursday/sunday as well as legs on sunday.

    I do not count calories but I do eat mostly healthy, lots of protein/carbs.(lots of chicken/pasta) I drink a gallon of milk as well as a gallon of water per day. I do have cheat meals but that's because I can, the fact that I still have almost the same 8 pack after putting on 45 lbs in 6 months shocks me. Benefits of being an ectomorph I suppose. I have been lifting for 1 year this July. Now to give you an idea on how much I eat, I take 3-5 dumps a day. It's very frustrating and annoying especially when I am at work!! Anyway, as of December first I was 150 lbs, Am now 195. I was putting on around 10 lbs a month with almost NO body fat gain, only using creatine/whey/mass gainer. That was until I hit 190 lbs, then I have been stuck at 190 for around 2 months I believe. Keep hoovering between 190-195, I have never seen past 195.

    Now my first 2 days on the Trifecta stack I ended up losing 7 lbs because I didn't eat anything because of the Yohimbine in the MMv3. It ended up giving me terrible anxiety so I quit taking that. 2 Days later i'm already back to 194 lbs, and iv been on M-1D for exactly 5 Days now.

    Week 0: Weight 195.
    Week 1: Weight 194. (can't say anything yet because of the lost weight from mmv3 the first 2 days) No noticeable strength increase. Don't feel any side effects, possibly a little more alpha, no aggression though.

    bump! must say, con cret has been amazing so far! absolutely love the taste, by far the best creatine iv ever used! C4 has been good also about comparable to jack3d.

    Also feeling alot thicker lately, maybe its placebo maybe not. Time will tell.

    Hopefully, you're eyeballing portions and have some idea about the amount it takes to keep you at steady weight.

    iv been 190-195 for the past 2 months. no less no more. before that I was still gaining. since dec 1st at 150 lbs. pretty much been stuck lately. but im also working 2 jobs and full time college student. but im maintaining 190-195 so im happy.

    but I was gaining solid 10 lbs a month until I hit 190.

    Week 2: weight:194. Noticed increase in strength not much but went up a little. to be specific my bench 315x6 went to 315x7. 225x21 went to 225x23.
    Still trying to increase calorie intake but my 2nd job just started this week and I'm working 10 hours with only half hour lunch, so im trying to figure out a way to sneak snacks/milk during work.

    Also no noticed side effects.

    dude nice lifts. add the same amount of effort next time too ! itll add up to mass if you can hang on to it during pct.
    also dont worry.. you can overfeed at one or more of your meals. if need be have a giant 1200 calorie meal for breakfast~
    and a big ole lunch
    remember your body should be able to utilize the excess calories better right now.

    yeah i know iv really been trying to eat more than ever now. before when i was gaining 10 lbs a month I wasn't working. Laid off all winter then right when i hit 190 is when I started working again and stopped gaining all that rapid weight.. but yes I will continue to pound down the food and do my best to make as much gains as possible.

    you seem to be right, just figured id throw in an update as today was my bench/shoulder/back day

    hit 315x8 on bench!, and 225x25(almost 26) reps. increased on almost all exercises a little but most note-ably my bench. we'll see about legs tomorrow, also I have put on a solid 1-2 lbs, hit 196 today, so im happy!

    fourth week started yesterday (wednesday) and heres my 3rd week results..

    weight: still 195, no change in weight, all lifts went up a little whether in weight or reps. been really slow to post results because i just landed a third job this week and trying to figure out which one im going to drop but im just happy i havent lost any weight due to being at work all day!

    will try to update a little more thorough when i get a minute!

    finished last week of m1-d tuesday june 7th. no more pr's, but solid strength increase. no weight gain. still the same ole 192-196ish depending on time of day..

    what was your diet like do to your 3 jobs? find it tough to get enough calories?strength increrases is what i would say is the most common effect between all the other loggers and yourself... that and muscle hardness. glad you at least excelled in strength.. now can you keep it!!! push hard to eat alot and train harder than ever!~

    i just keep a gallon of milk and pack a mini lunch and when i have to go use the bathroom il run and chug a bunch of the milk and stuff my face full of food and go back to work... since they dont allow lunches or breaks.. unless I work the 10 hr shift but I never do, i only work 6-8 hour shifts so I get no break.. but i make up for all the lost food when I get home!

    At one point last week when it was my first day on the 2nd job I had anxiety the whole morning and ended up not eating all day and lost quite a bit of weight.. weighed myself the next day at 187.0 but after eating and stuff i quickly went back to 195 within the following couple days.. just can't seem to break past 195ish though

    but i dropped one job, min wage + hour away = not worth it, and also dropped the other one which iv been previously working for 4 years under the table.. so im just keeping my solid steady job now at discount tire, need checks to get an apartment!

    you should get great results from trifecta by the end. if i ever try it again i would do maximum dose whole cycle instead of pyramid up. the first half of the cycle i broke out pretty bad though. i used tribulus after and that helped me keep gains and bring libido back to max

    im using tribulus right now during pct, basically same thing, I cannot take zma though because before bed is when i eat the most.. really it's my only time to actually eat throughout the day and theres no way i can go an hour without food.. so zma is out of the question for me

    week 5 pct: weight 192, lost a couple lbs due too not enough calorie intake.. been extremely busy at work and just seems so hard to keep the calories up..

    still breaking PR's even on PCT now!

    Im basically in the exact same boat as you. Stuck around the low 190s. I was wondering if the trifecta stack is considered a pro-hormone or not. Also where you purchased it.
