Bulking? See I can't eat like a horse...so this whole "really lean" aspect is lost on me. I drink whole milk, eat wheat bagels, tons of red meat, nuts, peanut butter, pasta, juice (esp grape..200calories a serving) etc. Fruits and veggies are great but I can't eat em at every meal..they take up precious calorie space. If I haven't eaten in 3 hours and I'm not hungry at all..im on the go...no calorie dense foods like nuts or peanut butter or anything nearby...fast food Thats right. At home and not hungry but I have to eat? A pizza with a protein drink will do just find haha. Bad foods, imo, have a place in bulking. It's all about how and when you eat them. I won't eat 1000calories of junk (or anything) in one sitting...but 600? sure... If its all carbs and fats...I'll have a protein drink. I'll be honest, I haven't read any nutrition books as of yet and maybe its just me but it's helped me pack on some pounds and stay under 10% bodyfat the entire time.
Note: this may be terrible advice.Last edited by Random Guy; 09-24-2006 at 12:10 PM.
