Everywhere you can see warnings that dont eat too much eggs it will raise your cholestrol and you may die. So only eat about 2-3 eggs a week. I personally think that's crap but if you have the proof correct me if I'm wrong. I see articles that say this cholestrol stuff is a myth to get you hooked on drugs.
Voice your opinion and if you can, provide proof that you can eat eggs regularly each day. Or you provide proof that says you should only eat eggs 2-3 times a week.
Bottom line is, is this egg cholestrol thing a bunch of Bull?

I've said this in multiple threads: I've eaten 40 egg yolks/day for the past few months.
I have not died from this diet. My cardiovascular fitness level has only increased.
contrary to what you may have heard about cholesterol, there is no 'bad' cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is good, and when the diet is sufficient the LDL is not oxidized and the particles are described as being 'fluffy'.
There is no correlation between high cholesterol and longevity, however those who have low cholesterol levels suffer from a weak immune system and low testosterone levels.
The lipid hypothesis for heart disease is a lie.
Cholesterol is an extremely important nutrient, that's why it's in every single cell membrane in your body. It is used by your body for repair purposes.

While i think eggs don't raise cholesterol, but IMO it can vary from person to person.
If ur family has a history of high cholesterol problems, i suggest a check after the increase in consumption of eggs... If all's right....then u're good!
My dad has a patient that slams down 6 whole eggs everyday and she was a walking time bomb.
Whereas, another of his patient earns a living by selling some fatty pork dish, and eats his leftovers everyday, and his level were alright...

They did an experiement on some show, where a guy ate 4 eggs every single day (yolk and all), and after 2 weeks, his cholesterol levels actually dropped.
I eat my eggs with the yolk, don't like wasting the food, and it doesnt seem to be having a bad effect on me.Misc Strength Crew

I also think the whole "Bad and Good Cholesterol" is a bunch of crap. They each have their own function necessary for the body.
To think Cholesterol has an evil brother running around is kind of funny. They couldn't go back to the Greasers
All they could do was pick up the pieces

It's one of the biggest scams ever perpetrated.....There is no evidence that too much animal fat and cholesterol in the diet promotes atherosclerosis. Pure unadulterated cholesterol is not harmful to the arteries and cannot initiate or promote heart disease. What is harmful is the oxidized cholesterol
we get from refined oils, not to mention the free radicals that are generated by these oxidized oils. These isomers are very dangerous and if elevated along with cholesterol that's when health problems start. Corn oil and soybean oil suppresses thyroid function. That fact is important to know, because soybean oil now predominates in the foods that Americans eat, in the form of partially hydrogenated oils, shortening, and margarine. Not only do those oils provide the oxidized fats that cause heart disease, they're raising cholesterol levels in the process. Secondly, high fructose corn syrup is the number one sweetener in the American food supply, Americans are being deluged with cholesterol-raising fructose and soybean oil. The body has no defence against either of these man made time bombs. It's so simple really, we just convince the rest of America to stay away from both of these and watch what happens to the overall health of the nation. Yeah right, what do we know that govt, big business don't.......drugs of course for our overweight and diabetes 2 infected nation. Sorry got off topic.......................EAT YOUR EGGSOne problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.
