it is impossible to accurately guess how much anyone can bench due to hormones, genetics, muscle compostition, and training methods. but if i had to guess i'd say you should be able to get close to your bodyweight unless you just started in which i'd say about 95 would be close.

hey, some respect for the135's, we do try. But i think you should build up, since you are asking the question I assume you have rarely bench pressed. Gradually build up, start with the bar, and first get the form right. After a while, same day, increase the weight and repeat. To this until you find your challenge.

Alright this is my workout on arms and shoulders day: Get to gym, from school. Run treadmil for 20-30 mins and bike for 10 mins. then i stretch for a bit and do like 3 machines duno wat their caled they work bicep. Then i bench 3 sets of 10. Then i do like 4 diff workouts with dumbells 20 lbs with curls and 30 with the thing were u lay down n pull them up from ur side n make them touch. Then i do like 6-8 more machines i wish i knew wat they were called. Then i do like 3 sets of 10 pullups and pushups 3 sets of 20. Then i shoulder press. If it hasnt been 2hrs i bike some more. I go to the gym about 4 days a week i do arms n shoulders 2 of those days and 2 with chest and stomach.

5"11" 135 lbs is really small. Look at your body. Its not hard to tell if your big or small.
The other guys here are right. You might just wanna start out lifting the bar, then gradually increase until you get an idea of how much you can lift. Its generally a very good idea to have a spotter there for you when trying to find your max.

Hmm, overall theres a lot that is bad about that "routine" you just posted. I would advise that you search these forums for real workout routines. Rippetoes is the general recommendation. Ill provide you with the link. Bill Starrs 5x5 is also recommened but i can't find the link for that right now

I might be wrong, but you are over training. Way too much. Cardio and lifting on the same day? Dont do that, you are hurting your lifts, specially by putting Cardio first. 2 hrs is too much, hold back to 1 hr 1.30 max. And you dont need that much cardio, you need to get bigger first, worry abuot the cardio after you are done with bulking.

You should be benching an airplane, deadlifting a huge tree out of the ground..and just so you don't make another tread on how much you should be squatting..ahh I wont go their
