This morning I took 2 tabs of aspirin and i forgot I was suposed too take my EC stack this morning so I'am waiting till the aspirin gets out of my system before I take my EC stack and go do my cardio. dose anybody know how long it lasts? i took it around 10:45am this morning its almost 2:30pm now.
Dam i can't believe I forgot that today!! of all people!!

I think the half life is about 6 hours.
